摘    要:人的绩效表现和人的素质特征密切相关,越来越多的组织认识到仅仅依靠对工作本身的分析不能适应现代人力资源管理的要求。对人的素质的研究显得越来越迫切。素质模型的建立对人力资源管理的整合作用日益显现。本文主要分析了素质模型在知识经济时代的重要性、介绍建立素质模型的一般方法和素质模型在人力资源管理中的应用,并对素质模型的应用提出建议。

Abstract:People's performance and his diathesis feature are related closely,and more and more organizations realize that the analysis of working itself can not meet the requirement of the management of human resources.The research on people's diathesis becomes more and more appealing.It is shown that the establishment of diathesis model is highly demanded by the companies with the human resource management.This paper analyzes the importance of diathesis model in knowledge economic times,introduces the general method of establishing diathesis model and its application in the management of human resources,and makes some suggestions on its application.
