| 摘 要： | 农村基层管理人才培养是新农村建设的核心工程。本文结合泸州职业技术学院与泸县县委联合开展的"订单式"培养本土化大学生村官人才的办学实践,以首届"泸县村官班"109名学员培养为案例,结合高职教育和成人教育的特点,研究欠发达地区大学生村官人才培养的创新模式,为四川乃至西部地区新农村建设基层管理人才培养提供借鉴。
