| 摘 要： | 本文取孕16天、18天母鼠新生1天、7天1、4天乳鼠做热休克处理,用酶组织化学方法探讨热应激处理对小鼠心、肝组织中酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、ATP酶的影响。

| Abstract: | We selected 16-days and 18-days prognant mice new-born mice of 1day 7days and 14 days to be heat shoch response on metabolize of mouse was studied by histochemical methods This Paper presents the observations on the effect of heat shoch on acid phosphatase(ACP)alkalion phosphatase(AKP)and adenosime triphosphatase(ATPase)in tissues of Mouse heart and liver during different development periods. |
