| 摘 要： | 我国流动儿童平等受教育权主要体现在入学机会应当平等;享受到的教育资源应当平等;与教师和本地同学交往中人格应当平等。为此,应改革户籍制度,实行适龄儿童无条件接受义务教育,完善法律制度,从法律法规上支持流动儿童平等受教育权力的实现。

| Abstract: | The equal rghts to receive education of the moving children in our country are showed in the following fields:their equal rights to enter school;their equal rights to enjoy the deucation resources;they should be treated equally when contacted with the local teachers and students.So the census register system should be reformed to make sure every child has the equal right to enter school when he is old enough.The law system should also be changed to support the realization of moving children's eaqulity in receiving education. |
