| 摘 要： | 篮球技术的飞速发展 ,使比赛过程中的对抗性更加激烈、投篮运动员在完成投篮动作过程中所受干扰程度越来越高。篮球运动员在激烈对抗条件下的抗干扰能力对于提高投篮命中率应成为篮球教学与训练的重点。
