| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪,PCT制度、PLT制度等国际化专利制度迅速发展,倘若未来若干国际化制度新方案实现,专利制度国际化程度进一步提高,对各国专利国际竞争力将产生更深刻影响。专利国际竞争力是指一个国家取得、利用专利垄断的能力和对抗他国专利垄断的能力。评价专利国际竞争力受到的影响,可以从授权竞争能力、垄断竞争能力和基本竞争能力等三个方面构建指标体系,然后采用模糊评价法进行评价。
