| 摘 要： | 规制经济学是近30年来西方经济学中一个比较活跃的研究领域,特别是有关规制改革的研究更是一个热点。作为基础产业的重要组成部分,教育产业是比较典型的经济规制部门,但是,在我国教育规制中,“规制失灵”的现象却并不少见。因此,必须强化教育监督,建立一套合理的监督机制,并通过对规制者合理地规制来进行改革。

| Abstract: | In recent 30 years,the economic regulation has been an active research field in western economics.Especially the research on regulation reform is a hot spot.As an important part of foundation industry,the education industry is a typical economic regulation.However,the phenomenon of "the failure of regulation" is not certainly rare in the education regulation of China.So,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision on education and establish a systematic supervision mechanisms,carrying out the reform by reasonably regulating the regulator. |
