| 摘 要： | 学校教育是一个行为交互影响的系统，是一种为达成目标有组织的人力资源和非人力资源相互连锁的开放系统。这个系统既是教书育人的重要场所，也是一级组织体系，始终处于与周围各种事物和现象的相互联系与相互作用之中。在现阶段，运用系统论的原理，在现代学校的发展中采用整体性策略、动态性策略、环境性策略、分歧性策略和综合性策略等，是认识学校发展规律，制定学校发展规划，改进学校教育教学工作的一种新思路。

| Abstract: | School education is a system in which actions influence each other, it is an open desmic system of organized human resource and non-human resource. This system is both an important educating place and an organizing system, which is in the interaction of the things and phenomena all around. At present, it is a new approach to realize the laws of school education, make the plan of school development and improve educational and teaching work with the strategies of entirety, dynamics, environment, divergency and comprehensiveness from systems theory. |
