| 摘 要： | 韩复榘主鲁期间，为了加强自己的经济实力，建立山东独立的经济体系，摆脱国民党的控制。使自己在政治上、经济上立于不败之地；同时也为了发展山东经济，采取了一系列发展经济的措施，使山东的民族工商业在残破、凋敞的基础上有了较大的恢复和发展。

| Abstract: | During his government in Shandong Province, Han Fu-ju built an Indep en dent Economic System of Shandong for the purpose of reinforcing his economic str ength, freeing from the KMT's control as well as being in an invincible politica l position. Meanwhile he adopted a series of measures to develop Shandong econom y and on the basis of the economic depression of Zhang Zong-chang's period, he m ade an improvement, to a certain degree, in the fields of national industry and commerce. |
