| 摘 要： | 《思想新闻》旨在通过知识传播来提升民众的理智水平，增进其参与社会公共事务的意愿和能力，以达到应对民主危机的目的。该方案的原理，贯穿在杜威的教育理论当中，是杜威民众教育方案的一个缩影。尽管该方案放弃了古代精英教育的传统，在设计上也有让人存疑之处，但是《思想新闻》的确代表了一种应对民主危机的方案。对于民众处境的关切，是教育哲学研究的一个出发点。

| Abstract: | "Thought News" aims to promote the intelligence of the masses through the dissemination of knowledge, enhance their ability to participate in public affairs, and to cope with the crisis of democracy. This principle is embodied in Dewey''s theory of education and represents his interest in mass education. Although the plan abandons the tradition of ancient elite education and has some pitfalls in its design, "Thought News" does represent a plan to deal with the crisis of democracy. Concern about the situation of the masses is a good starting point for the study of educational philosophy. |
