| 摘 要： | 我国在少数民族硕士研究生招生工作中一直采取特殊照顾的政策。这一政策的实施,提高了少数民族考生接受高层次教育的入学机会,但同时在政策的执行过程中也存在着人才培养难度较大、培养经费难以落实和委托单位及委托协议流于形式等问题。完善硕士研究生招生对少数民族考生的照顾政策,应坚持根据民族地区人才需求状况,适当调整入学条件,改地方单位委托为地方政府委托,适当延长培养周期和坚持毕业生回民族地区服务的原则。

| Abstract: | For a long time,we took a special priority policy in the process of the recruitment of minority masters.This improved the opportunity for the nationality recruitment.However,there exists the problems such as the hardness to nurturing the talents,lack of the tuition fees and the fause of consigned unit and contract,etc.To improve the policy,we should insist on adjusting the recruitment conditions according to the needs of national districts.Meanwhile,the talents nurturing should be changed from the unit consigning to the local government consigning.We also need to delay the nurturing period and insist on the principle of returning national districts. |
