| 摘 要： | 科技兴农是建设"社会主义新农村"、发展现代农业、增加农民收入、实现"全面建设小康社会"目标的必然选择,而落实科技兴农战略的关键在于实现农业科技成果向现实生产力的转化.对现有影响农业科技成果转化的因素进行了详细分析,并提出了相应的对策.
