摘    要:人文素质的本质是达成和谐的智慧,即达成个体自身的和谐、人与人的和谐及人与自然的和谐的一种内在品质。虽然人文知识是造就人文素质不可缺少的材料,而培养人文素质还要从增进和谐入手。培养审美情趣、营造关怀的环境、增强教师的表率作用和加强师生交流,是培养和提高大学生人文素质重要途径。

Abstract:The essence of humanistic temperaments is one's wisdom to reach harmony, which comprisesthe harmony in oneself, the harmony between one and others, the harmony between one and nature.It is one's intrinsic quality.Although humanistic knowledge is a requisiteto build up one's humanistic temperament, strengthening harmony is still necessary to the cultivation of humanistic temperaments. To arouseinterest in art, to build caring circumstances, to strengthenteachers exemplary virtueand to increase communication between teachers and students are important for cultivating and promoting university students ' humanistic temperaments.
