| 摘 要： | 文章通过对民族传统体育人才培养模式实践和研究,指出从民族传统体育专业学生实际出发,研究制定适合民族传统体育人才培养模式的计划纲要。文章从严抓学生思想教育与规范化管理;调整教师知识结构,整合武术资源,编写适合民族传统体育专业的教材;以市场为导向,用人之所需,设置实用课程,培养新时代实用型人才;促进武术国际化发展与交流,拓宽招生与就业渠道,请进来,走出去等四个方面详细论述了民族传统体育人才培养模式,为我国民族传统体育的继承和发展提供思路。

| Abstract: | Through the national traditional sports training mode of practice and research,the paper pointed out that the traditional sports from the national reality of students to study for the development of traditional ethnic sports training mode Plan.The article stricthy grasp the ideological education of students with standardized management;teachers knowledge structure adjustment,integrated Wushu resources for the preparation of traditional ethnic sports teaching materials;market-oriented employment needs,set up practical courses,training a new era of practical talents;Wushu can promote international development and exchange of students and broaden employment channels,inwite-in,going out the four aspects of the traditional national sports training mode to provide some idea for China's traditional sports of ethnic succession and development. |
