| 摘 要： | 本文在平衡积分卡与《国有资本金效绩评价规则》的基础上,结合企业价值评估的需要,选择影响企业价值大小的企业财务层面、市场层面、技术创新层面、生产层面、职员层面五方面因素,建立了定量与定性结合、财务指标与非财务指标结合、静态与动态结合的企业价值评估指标体系,并采用综合评价法,对企业的价值评估打分。

| Abstract: | On the basis of balance accumulating mark card and valuation principle of state capital performance, and combining the need of corporation valuation, the paper chooses five aspects of indexes that effect corporation value: financial, market, technical innovation, production and staffers, and constructs an index system of corporation valuation which combining quantitative and qualitative, financial index and non-financial index, static and dynamic, then marks the corporation value with synthetical valuation method. |
