基于故障树分析法的大型焊接回转筒体的失效诊断和预防

摘    要:本文以大型焊接回转筒体工作状态中的主要技术参数为依据,分析和判断大型焊接回转筒体环缝接头产生疲劳失效的部位和原因。通过计算分析,校核和建立故障树分析方法,求出大型焊接回转筒体的失效模式。从而,提出预防失效的主要途径,为大型异厚回转筒体的设计、制造、使用提供可借鉴的依据。

Abstract:This article take the major technique parameter of the large-scale welded revolving canister as the basis, to analyse and judge the fatigue failure spot and the reason of the large-scale welded revolving canister' seam.By calculating analysis, verifying and building logic analysis method, find out the failure mode of the large-scale welded revolving canister. Thereby, the main approach to prevent the invalid was brought for ward, which provide the reliable basis for the design, manufacture of the large-scale thickening revolving canister.
