| 摘 要： | 加入WTO，培育和提高核心能力是我国企业增强国际竞争能力、获取持续竞争优势的长期的根本性战略和途径。本文从系统的角度出发，对我国企业核心能力培育和提高的战略、路径和相关案例进行了研究。从理论和案例相结合的角度，重点分析了我国企业培育和提高核心能力的四个路径，即：组织学习、内部研发和合作创新、基于核心能力的企业购并整合、以技术创新为核心的全面创新管理。

| Abstract: | Cultivation and enhancement of the core competence of Chinese large corporations is a long-term and fundamental strategy and path for them to strengthen international competence and acquire sustainable competitive advantage after China large corporations are studied from system view.Combined theories with cases,four approaches of cultivating and enhancing of the core competence of Chinese large corporations such as organizational learning,internal R&D and cooperative innovation,competence-based M&A of the corporation,and technological innovation-centered total innovation management are analyzed. |
