| 摘 要： | “创新”是竞技健美操的生命线，若想在群芳荟萃的竞赛中脱颖而出，动作新颖、独创尤为重要。通过对2001年和2005年版的国际竞技健美操规则的比较和分析，突出了四个创新亮点，并提出相应建议。

| Abstract: | Innovation is lifeline of Aerobic Gymnastics. If you want to show your talent from the fierce competition, novelty and original creation of movement is especial importance. Through comparing and analyzing the international competition rules betweon 2001 and 2005, this paper stands out four innovative bright spots and makes corresponding suggestions. |
