| 摘 要： | 跨文化交际能力是影响学生在涉外交际场景中的语言运用水平与交际效果的重要因素。通过对大学英语教师的问卷调查与访谈,深入了解在外语教学中进行跨文化交际能力培养过程中所存在问题;结合现实教学实际提出了教育政策调整、教材开发与建设、教师自身素养提高与教学方式转变等方面的相应建议。
