气功锻炼中调息的生理效应初探

摘    要:调息指调整呼吸,使之细、匀、深、长。这种有意识的独特的呼吸形式对练习者产生了积极的生理效应:降低人体代谢率,增加人体贮能;协调植物神经机能,改善内脏生理活动;增强心血管功能,按摩内脏。旨在为气功锻炼产生强身健体、祛病延年的作用提供部分生理学佐证。

Abstract:Regulation of breath is a means of adjusting oneself to taking free breath.This conscious and u-nique form of breath exerts an active physical effect on practitioners.It can help to decrease the rate of metabolism of human body,increase the store of energy in human body;regulate the function of au to nomic nerve;strengthen cardiovascular system and massage internal organs.So this article in tends to pro vide parts of proof that practicing qigong fulfils the following functions to qigong practition ers,becom ing stronger and healthier,dispelling diseases and living longer.
