| 摘 要： | 信息资源开发利用的水平是衡量一个国家综合国力的重要标志。作为重要信息资源的档案,在网络环境下其开发模式已发生了突破性变革。我国的档案数字化、网络化虽已起步,取得了一定成绩,但仍然存在诸多问题,需要有针对性地选择最佳开发途径并从环境、技术、法律、人才诸方面提供保障。

| Abstract: | The level of information resource development and employment is an important mark to measure a country's comprehensive national power. As an important information resource under the network environment,archives have undergone a breakthrough in the transformation of their development models.Although the digitizing and cyberizing of our national archives are in their initial stage,and some progress has been made,yet there are still a large number of problems to be solved by selecting the best development channels and providing protection from the aspects of environment,technology,laws and talents. |
