| 摘 要： | 近年来,知识管理逐渐成为企业组织竞争及生存的主要措施。文章对国内知识管理模型进行了系统的归纳和分析,指出了国内企业知识管理模型存在的不足,并对知识管理模型研究趋势进行了展望,以期对国内知识管理实践和研究有所裨益。

| Abstract: | In recent years,knowledge management has gradually become the main measures to compete and survive for enterprises.This article systematically induced and analyzed the domestic knowledge management model,pointed out the existent insufficiency of domestic enterprise knowledge management model ,and looks forward to it developing trends.wish it will be beneficial to the practice and the research of knowledge management in China. |
