摘    要:自主学习是大学英语教学过程中一个不可缺少的环节.在英语听力自主学习课堂中,教师要激发学生的学习动机和积极的情感,培训学生的英语听力策略--元认知策略、认知策略.在课外,学生要建立自主学习循环模式.如此循环往复,学生的听力水平不断提高,自主学习能力也不断增强.

Abstract:Autonomous learning is an integral part of college English teaching. To foster learner autonomy, the teacher arouses the students' interest, boosts the students' motivation in English listening and trains their metacognitive and cognitive strategies for listening in class. While out of class, students are trained to set up a cycle of autonomous listening practice. Through these cycles and teachers' training in class, the students' listening competence as well as their learner autonomy is well developed.
