| 摘 要： | 本文根据高校教学秘书的角色及职责,探讨了新时期高校教学秘书的素质要求.高校教学秘书只有具备了这些素质,并通过继续教育培训来提高自身素质,才能当好领导的参谋,协调好各种关系,提供优质的服务,以适应当今高校教育的改革与信息化发展的需要.

| Abstract: | Based on their role and duties in higher education, this article discusses the abilities that teaching secretaries should have. Only by possessing all these abilities receiving further education, they can become their leaders' good assistants, coordinate all possible relations, serve teachers and students well and meet the needs of the reform and information development in higher education. |
