摘    要:以散打和套路运动员为研究对象,采用功率自行车对其进行30s最大持续运动能力测试与分析,旨在探讨散打与套路运动员磷酸原供能、糖酵解供能和混合无氧供能能力的特征异同,为研究散打与套路运动员在无氧代谢方面的差异提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract:In order to probe the different characteristics of the anaerobic metabolism capacity between the athletes of Sanda and Wushu set, we took them as study objects to test and analyze their maximum sports abilities of 30s-continue power bike. The results show that A, the Sanda athletes are better than Wushu sets' in ATP-CP metabolism, and the capacity of glucolysis is equal to each other; B, the athletes' weight is relevant with the maximum and average powers; C, the anaerobic metabolism capacity of high level athletes is outstandingly better than low level ones; D, the characteristics of anaerobic metabolism capacity correspond individually with their technical features.
