摘    要:反思性教学是大学英语教师把教学和科研有机结合起来的有效途径。立足课堂教学实践,通过课前、课堂教学和课后的反思活动,加强科学研究,提高教师素质。坚持写教学目志、认真组织听课活动、细心观看教学录像、积极开展行动研究、虚心接受教学评估,从而促进大学英语教师自身全面发展。

Abstract:Reflective teaching is an effective way for college English teachers to combine teaching and research.Based on classroom teaching,via reflective activities before,in and after classroom instruction to do scientificresearch,they can improve their quality.Writing teaching journal,attending a class,watching teaching video,practicing action research and receiving teaching evaluation will promote college English teachers' comprehensive development.
