摘    要:胡瑗是北宋时期著名的教育家,其教育思想具有较强的系统性。胡瑗厘清了治理国家与发展教育的复杂关系.首开“明体达用”先进教育观的先河.首创分斋教学制度,提倡“因材施教”与”亲历游学”等教学方式方法.形成了融洽的教学双边氛围。胡瑗教育思想与实践主要有三方面的现实意义:一是创新.只有在继承过去的同时不断地创新未来,才能不断地推动教育事业的发展与前进;二是尊重事物发展客观规律.以理性思考来决断达到目标的方式方法的科学态度;三是实干的实践精神。内化“明体达用”教育理念.就要找准与现实的结合点,创新内涵.抓好德育与教学两个主要方面。

Abstract:Hu Yuan, a wellknown educationist in the North Song Dynasty, advanced the educational concept conforming to the law of social development to some extent with his relatively systematic educational thought, which clarified the complex relationship between the government of a country and the development of education. He initiated the teaching system of teaching in different classes, advocating the teaching approaches of "teaching students' according to their aptitudes and personally practicing the experience of studying away from home," etc. which contributed to forming the harmonious atmosphere between teaching and learning. HuYuan's educational thought and practice chiefly have three respects of immediate significance, namely, innovation, scientific attitudes and downtoearth practical spirit, by which we respectively mean only by constantly creating a new future while inheriting the past can we continually promote the development and advance of the educational cause; we should value the objective law of things development and adopt the methods to achieve an end through rational consideration and decision; we should correctly put Hu's concept into our actual work, create something new, and do well in the two main tasks of ethics and teaching by applying the educational theory of "being aware of the essence of education to achieve the desirable end in practice."
