| 摘 要： | 文章引入专利组合战略理论体系,描述新信息环境下中小型企业专利组合战略的框架、需求、机制。从内涵及技术动因、战略目标和战略动因、过程模型、过程模型的作用机理4个方面阐述中小型企业专利组合战略框架体系;进而从研究方法上构建适用于企业所处内外部环境、市场、地域的框架,形成与产业、地域专利战略相互结合的中小型企业专利组合管理实施策略。

| Abstract: | By introducing the theoretical system of patent portfolio strategy,this paper describes the framework,requirement and mechanism of the patent portfolio strategy of the small and medium-sized enterprises in the new information environment.The paper expatiates on the framework system of the patent portfolio strategy of the small and medium-sized enterprises from the connotation and technical motivation,strategic objective and strategic motivation,process model,and the operating mechanism of process model,and then constructs the framework suitable for the internal and external environment,market and region of the enterprises in research methodology so as to formulate the strategies for managing and implementing the patent portfolio of the small and medium-sized enterprises which combine with the industry and regional patent strategies. |
