氮、磷、钾缺素培养对沙田柚幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:在室内溶液培养条件下,以沙田柚幼苗为材料,研究了缺N、P、K处理对沙田柚幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:N、P、K缺素处理后沙田柚幼苗的症状出现的时间在28d到43d之间,各种缺素症状出现的部位和表现都不相同.其中缺N处理在培养28d就开始出现全株淡绿色和叶片数少的现象;缺P处理在培养第37d开始出现全株暗绿和叶片数少的现象;而缺K处理在第43d才出现叶片细小钩状,叶缘和叶尖部分出现小坏斑的症状.对沙田柚幼苗嫩老叶叶绿素含量和根的影响最大的都是缺N处理,缺N处理的幼苗老叶和嫩叶叶绿素含量分别只占对照组含量的39.25%和30.18%;生物量受影响程度最大的是缺P处理;新叶生长受影响最大是缺N、P处理后的幼苗,该处理平均只长出了两片新叶.上述不同必需大量矿质元素缺素症的表现特征和规律,可为沙田柚生产中的营养诊断与合理施肥提供依据和指导.

Influence of N,P,K deficiency on Growth of Citrus grandis Seedling

Abstract:The effects of N,P,K deficiency on growth of pomelo( Citrus grandis) seedling were studied in solution culture,and the morphological character,growth,biomass,root activity,Chloro- Phyll Chlorophyll content of the plant were observed. The results showed that: the time when the lack of N,P,K in the growth of pomelo seedlings are subject to a different extent; treatment of various deficiency diseases in seedlings of the time symptom appear between 28 to 43d,in which the parts and performance are not all the same,and in which N deficiency in the train- ing 28d are the began to appear a single light green leaves and fewer phenomenon; lack of P in the training 37d be- gan on the tree and the dull- green fewer phenomenon; and the lack of K to 43 days just appear on blades pointed and tiny hooked,a small tip part of bad spot symptom. On the chlorophyll content of new and old leaves,the grea- test impact was the loss of N treatment,which are the chlorophyll content of only 39. 25% and 30. 18% of the con- trol. The effect of ratio of root / shoot was the greatest for phosphorus deficiency plants; in phosphorus and nitrogen deficiency,the seedling growth of new leaves are most affected,for an average of just two sprouting new leaves; The slowest growth of the stem is the lack of N,while root growth is the lack of the slowest K deficiency plants. To diagnose and fertilize conveniently,we can make the retrieval table of element deficiency symptom of pomelo ac- cording to these specificity and regularity.
