| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆肩负着为学校的教学与科研提供文献保障的重任.如何利用有限的购书经费采购高质量的图书文献,是高校图书馆亟待解决的一个重要问题,本文提出了一个基于"二次选择"算法的高校图书馆图书采购决策系统,并结合实例加以说明,供其他高校图书馆参考.
