| 摘 要： | 人口素质包括身体素质，科学文化素质和思想道德素质。子女素质受各种因素的影响。母亲受教育程度对子女素质有显著影响。母亲受教育程度越高，子女的身体素质、科学文化素质和思想道德素质也越高。女性教育不仅可以促进子女素质的提高，还能促进全民族素质的提高。
