| 摘 要： | 随着校园网的普及和大学生拥有计算机数量的剧增，校园网出口带宽瓶颈日显突出，如何解决这一问题是校园网所关注的问题，而双出口校园网正是基于这一需求而出现。针对教育网（CER．NET）和中国公用计算机互联网（CHINANET）资费和带宽这一矛盾，就其关键配置以及实现过程采用的静态路由、策略路由等关键技术作了阐述，以解决校园网双出口带宽矛盾问题。

| Abstract: | With the popularity of the campus network and the increasing computers of college students, there is a clear bottleneck in the export of bandwidth of the campus network. How to solve this problem is a matter of concern to the campus network. And double-export-links campus network has appeared to meet the need. According to the contradict/on between the expenses and the bandwidth of CERNET and CHINANET, such key techniques as static routing, policy routing have been elaborated to solve this problem. |
