| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化时代,知识产权成为重要的财富、重要的无形资产,被纳入国民经济核算,成为市场经济发展的重要资源和重要支撑;融入经济发展是知识产权发展的主要趋势,知识产权贸易成为经营的重要形式,知识产权经营成为企业经营的重要内容,知识产权成为市场竞争的重要工具,服务产业的发展亦对知识产权运用提出新的任务;应该从提高国家竞争力的战略高度去强化知识产权意识,防范知识产权风险,防止知识产权滥用,加强自主创新和拥有自主知识产权。

| Abstract: | In the era of economic globalization, intellectual property rights （IPR）become important wealth and intangible assets. It has been included in the national economic accounting, and has become an important resource and support for the development of market economy. Merging into the economic development is the main trend in the development of IPR. IPR trade has become an important form of management. As an important part of enterprise management, IPR is an important tool of market competition. The development of service industry also posts the new task on the use of IPR. From the height to improve national competitiveness we should strengthen the awareness of IPR, prevent IPR risks and the abuse of IPR, strengthen the innovation and our independent IPR. |
