| 摘 要： | 文章分析了科技成果转化的规律与趋势,揭示了科技成果转化的内涵、一般规律、关键因素、主要形式,探讨了政府在科技成果转化中应起的作用,综述了我国科技成果转化的政策体系、主要举措和成效,分析了亟待解决的突出问题,提出了加快我国科技成果转化的政策建议。
