| 摘 要： | 目的：建立大败毒胶囊中大黄酸、大黄素及大黄酚的含量测定方法、方法：高效液相色谱法测定大黄的主要有效成分大黄酸、大黄素及大黄酚的含量，色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-0.1％磷酸（82：18），检测波长为438nm．结果：大黄酸、大黄素及大黄酚的进样量与峰面积的线性关系良好（r分别为0．9996、0、9994和0．9993），加样回收率分别为98.8％（RSD=0.4％）、99.6％（RSD=1．1％）和100．2％（RSD=0.9％），结论：该法简便、准确、重现性好.

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of rhein, emodin and chrysophanol in Dabaidu capsules. Methods： Rhein, emodin and chrysophanol were determined by HPLC. HPLC conditions were as follows： .Diamonsil C18 column, methanol - 0.1% phosphoric acid （ 82：18 ） as mobile phase, and the wavelength 438nm. Results： The linear range for rhein was 0.0253 -0.2530g （r was 0. 9996）, the average recovery was 98.8% with RSD of 0.4%. The linear range for emodin was 0.0179 - 0. 1790g （ r was 0. 9994）, and the average recovery was 99.6% with RSD of 1.1%. The linear range for chrysophanol was 0.0212 - 0.2120g （ r was 0.9993） , and the average recovery was 100.2% with RSD of 0.9%. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. |
