| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、录象观察法、数理统计法对2011年嵩山少林武术职业技术学院散打教学比赛中摔法技术运用情况进行统计分析。通过研究,剖析摔法的技术,提出适合散打项目摔法的技巧,针对性地进行摔法训练,较快提高运动员的散打水平和竞技能力,为散打训练提供理论参考和实践依据。

| Abstract: | This paper, by use of literature, video observation, mathematical statistics method, made analysis of the use of wsestling teaching game of 2011 Songshan Shaolin Wushu Vocational and Technical College Sanda. The paper gave some saggestions for Wushu wrestling by andlyzing the wrestling technical, and prorided some reference and practical basis for sanda training. |
