| Abstract: | Studying and implementing the spirit of the 18th Party Congress into practice is to adhere to the leadership of the party, maintain highly consistent with the party central committee and the central military commission of the concrete embodi- ment. Thusl the fine tradition and style of our party are needed to carry forward. The key to implement the spirit of the 18th Party Congress is the implementation. |
