| 摘 要： | 我国民族院校肩负着为民族地区培养各类具有法制观念和法律知识人才的使命。《思想道德修养与法律基础》课是培养大学生法制观念和法律素养的重要渠道,对提高少数民族大学生的民族法制观念和民族法律法规知识具有重要的作用。民族院校的《思想道德修养与法律基础》课应重视、加强民族法制教育,充分发挥该课程的民族法制教育功能,将其作为加强和改进民族院校大学生思想政治教育的重要内容,使大学生学习、掌握以《民族区域自治法》为主要内容的民族法制知识。

| Abstract: | Ethnic universities in China shoulder the mission to cultivate talents with awareness and knowledge of law for ethnic regions.The course of Morality and Basic Law,as an important channel to cultivate students’ legal concept and quality,plays an important role in improving students’ awareness and knowledge of ethnic law and regulations.In teaching this course,priority should be put on education of ethnic legal system and a full play should be given to its function of conducting ethic law education.The course should be taught as an important content in ideological and political education for students at ethnic universities to help them learn and master knowledge of ethnic law including the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Regional National Autonomy. |
