老子“不言之教’’的隐性教育思想及其启示

摘    要:老子的思想是博大、深邃的。《老子》关于教育的论述也是发人深省的。其中“不言之教”可以理解为一种隐性教育思想。他的这一思想体系可以包括“道法自然”的教育规律;“起于累土”的教学原则;“无弃人”的师生关系;“以身观身”的自我检测。这四方面对于我们在教育中按规律办事、教学循序渐进、建立和谐师生关系、关注细节,及时引导,从而更好地发挥隐性教育思想的育人功能有重要意义。

Abstract:Laozi's thought is broad and profound. Education exposition of laozi is sobering. Among them, Laozi's “imitation of nature” ,“ wordless teaching” and “knowing world by observing one” and so on can be regarded as the implicit education, for us to do according to the rules, to teach step by step, establish the harmonius relationship between teachers and students, pay attention to details and guide students pronptly so as to make full use of training students of the implicit educational thought in colleges and universities. It's of important significance.
