| 摘 要： | 基于组织学习和网络理论,本文认为企业间的联盟网络是组织学习和知识获得的有效途径.网络的结构、企业在网络中的地位、企业间的关系属性以及吸收能力是影响知识获得的关键因素.联盟网络及其社会资本是企业广泛接近最新知识和技术的路径;内部吸收能力是企业有效获得知识,并将其与企业内部知识进行整合,高效地创造新知识和新技术的重要保障.
