| 摘 要： | 通过对建构主义学习理论的阐述，结合冰上课的教学特点，提出“学生为中心”的教学理念是教学的根本、“教师的主导”作用是搞好教学的前提、创设有利于教学的“情境”是教学的关键、“协作”是提高冰上课教学质量的重要环节、“会话”是上好冬季冰上课的重要保证、“意义建构”是我们教学的终极目标等在滑冰课教学中的应用途径，旨在全面提高学生的健康素质、思想素质、文化素质、创造素质，为全面推进素质教育，实现“健康第一”的教学目标提供理论和实践依据。
