| 摘 要： | 教师专业发展已经成为国际教师教育改革的趋势,也是当前我国教师教育的焦点问题。教师专业发展对新时期我国教师教育提出了新要求,但是目前我国的教师教育在教师教育培养体系、教师教育课程体系、教师继续教育等方面都还存在诸多不足,为此,在教师专业发展的背景下研究我国教师教育显得尤为必要,对于完善和推动教师教育实践具有重要的意义。
