| 摘 要： | 以国家队及省、区、市优秀运动队为主要研究对象，采用了文献资料法、实地调查法、问卷调查法和数理统计等方法，运用社会学、管理学、社会保障等相关理论对我国优秀运动员退役安置货币补偿实施办法的必然性、目标和基本原则、货币补偿的经费来源、货币补偿的标准以及优秀运动员退役安置货币补偿的具体实施措施进行了分析研究。

| Abstract: | The major objects of this study were the top sports teams at the national, provincial, city and regional level. Literature study, on-the-spot inspection, questionnaire and statistical analysis as well as sociological,managerial and social security theirs were used to study the monetary compensation of retirement settlement of top athletes so that concrete measures could be found. |
