| 摘 要： | 通过调查研究发现,在中学体育教学中,学生自主选择体育活动内容的意识日益强烈;中学生普遍较为喜欢竞争性体育活动,且竞争性体育活动的心理效应明显高于非竞争性体育活动。因此,建议体育教师在教学中根据中学生的生理、心理特点,有针对性地指导中学生选择自己所喜爱的、适合自己身心发展的体育活动内容进行教学,以激发中学生的体育学习兴趣,获取最佳的心理效应。

| Abstract: | Through investigation, it find out students choose their favorite activity deep into consciousness in high school P.E. teaching. Secondary student prefer to competitive sports with higher psychological effect of competitive sports than non-competitive sports. Therefore, it is suggested that P.E. teacher aimingly help students to choose their favorite sports activities which is appropriate to their psychological and physical health, thus to stimulate their P.E. interest and get the best psychological effect. |
