| 摘 要： | 澳门地处广东濒海、珠江口西岸 ,地理位置优越 ,海上交通发达 ,很早就为西方国家 觎 1517年葡萄牙商船首次到达中国 ,要求通商 ,被明朝政府拒绝。以后葡萄牙利用中国封建政府的腐朽 ,通过贿赂等手段 ,逐渐混入澳门 ,意图强占。鸦片战争后 ,趁清政府被打败的时机 ,葡萄牙拒绝交纳地租 ,1887年 12月 1日诱使清政府签订了《中葡通商条约》 ,骗取了澳门的“永租权”。

| Abstract: | Facing the boundless sea, Macao is located on the west coast of the Zhujiang River Mouth, Owing to its advantageous geographical position and convenient maritime traffic, it had been coveted by western countries for a long time. In1517, the merchant ships of Portugal reached china for the first time. The Portuguese made claims to have trade relations with China. But they were rejected by the government of Ming Dynasty. Later the Portuguese made use of the decadent feudal government of China by bribery, sneaked into Macao and intended to seize it. After the Opium War, the Portuguese refused to pay the land rent to the government of Qing Dynasty, for it lost in the war. On Decl, 1887, the Portuguese tricked the government of Qing Dynasty, into signing the treaty on Sino-Portuguese Having Trade Relations and gained the right of perpetual renting by cheating. |
