| 摘 要： | 孟子的政治思想不像孔子的正名思想那样界定社会中不同角色的职责,而是有所突破,更强调各角色间的平等关系,具有契约精神。从社会契约论的视角,可将其看作一种＂内在的契约＂,它有五个主要特点：其一,＂契约＂中各主体的平等是内在德性根基上的平等;其二,＂契约＂所保障的是一个实现人内在德性完善而不是外在物欲满足的社会;其三,＂契约＂的执行主要依靠内在的道德自觉而不是外在的强制;其四,保障＂契约＂施行的责任主要落在士阶层身上;其五,＂契约＂不是为了维护君主的统治,而是为了保障人民的利益。
