| Abstract: | Talent and capital are two of the extremely active and motive sources that stimulate modern press circlesleaping ahead. However, the competition among these circles, in the long run, is merely the competition in talented per-sonnel, while capital plays an key role in the flow of operation of a certain concrete project. After entering WTO the Chi-nese press circles should firmly seize in hand thase two top-control points for talent and capital. |
