| Abstract: | during the feasibility demonstration of new specialty in advanced vocational education,it is demand to evaluate the talent requirement?cultivation project?teacher team?experiment and practice condition?book and datum?installation for education?funds for education etc.,these indexes all are vague. by means of blurring synthesis evaluating mathematic model , we can provide a scientific method for new specialty determination. |
