| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、实验法等研究方法研究，指出民族传统体育作为中华五千年丈明象征的一个重要组成部分目前正面临着被遗弃和灭绝的边缘，而阳光体育运动的启动无疑为拯救濒危的民族传统体育提供了发展契机；在高校阳光体育活动中开展民族传统体育运动的效果是显著的，而且只有进一步对其项目进行整合、创新和研发，才能满足当代大学生对民族传统体育不同方位的需求。

| Abstract: | Based on literature review and experiment, it is pointed out that traditional sports, symbolic of Chinese civilization, is on the verge of oblivion and extinction, and Sunshine Sports Program offers an opportunity for preventing it from endangerment. Developing national sports in the Sunshine Sports Program has achieved good results, and only after further integration, innovation and development of tradition sports, can it meet the demands of college students for traditional sports. |
