| 摘 要： | 制定企业内部劳动规则，规范企业内部劳动关系，是现代企业经营管理自主权的一个重要内容。企业内部劳动规则应当如何依法制定，才具有法律效力，如何正确处理企业内部劳动规则与劳动合同、集体合同的关系，是我国劳动法研究的一个重要内容。
